Could have sworn I had a thread around here about this movie, but I'll be damned if I can find it now. Oh well.
Here is a Hollywood Reporter article that delves a bit into the technical and production aspects of this film. Personally, I will be in line to see this one in the theater.

I thought you'd posted about this as well. Oh well.
Have you seen this trailer?

Kinda fun. Love the segue, "...into space...."
(What's that song, and who's it by again? )
Hmm...and the music in the second half is Philip Glass, right? (Think that's an audio allusion to 2001 with the chorus at the end, around credit time? )

Look, I'm not much good at big speeches, and I know I haven't always been an easy guy to get on with, and I know, that given the choice, I wouldn't have chosen you as friends, but I just want to say, that over the years, I have come to regard you as people I met.

It's Jimbo. I'm going to be waiting in line. He's already got my money
Not sure what to make of the film just yet, but I'm eager to see Cameron take on sci-fi again. It's been too damned long.
