Standard Roman alphabet, no diacritics, usual English digraphs (ch, th, etc)? (The International Phonetic Alphabet would be best for representing pronunciation, but it's a pain to work with, so let's not, eh. )
Tentative first stab. Letters without notes should be assumed to be used as in Modern English.
A - accented, like A in father? unaccented, like schwa?
AU - like OU in out?
B
C - like K in kiss and sometimes S in silly?
CH - like CH in church (in chaumas), CH in loch (in Galach)? (Or like K in the latter? The loch-sound is common in Russian.)
D
E
EI/EY - like EY in they?
F
G
GH - like G or a voiced version of the throat-clearing CH in loch?
H
I
J
K
L
M
N
O
OU - like OU in out or OO in boot?
P
PH? - like F?
Q
R
S
SH
T
TH - like TH (voiceless) in think and TH (voiced) in this?
TL - properly, like KL in Klingon. otherwise, like T?
U
V
W
X
Y - normal ModE values? like Y in yes as consonant, like EE in meet as vowel?
Z
ZH? - like S in measure, G in melange?
(Anything I left out?)

It amuses me to say "ri-cheese."
Something is about to happen, Hal. Something wonderful!

The orthography here was an attempt to work out pronunciation from the Galach given by FH in the books. Please consider this one tabled and on the back burner for now....
"Chancho...sometimes when you are a man...you wear stretchy pants...in your room...alone."
"Politics is never simple, like the sand chigger of Arrakis, one is rarely truly free of its bite."
Arrakeen is an unawakened ghola.
