Personally I love the guy's books. Even his stinkers have stuck with me for months after I finished them. Who doesn't love a guy who names the planet where dissident humans live "Middle Finger?"

Cool, I've only read two of his books so far, but I loved both of them, and look forward to the rest.
I deleted some of your posts because they were derailing the topic and not focusing on the issues asked, and instead going after the authors or their material. That's why. ~ BM

Thus far, I have only read a single novella by him, and I didn't much care for it. I mean to read THe Forever War one of these days. I also picked up one of his books at a library sale last summer, I think it's called Camoflage, so I'll give that a try too. You know, when I find time, which seems harder and harder to do these days.

I read Camoflage. It won a Tiptree and a Nebula. Can't figure out why it won either, but it was decent. Forever War is realy good. Is the novella you read The Hemmingway Hoax?

No. Oh hell, I can't remember the title..... I mentioned it once before and you said you liked it. Something about a group of artists on a far-future ravaged Earth.Omphalos wrote:Is the novella you read The Hemmingway Hoax?
