I'm in the middle of compiling a list of my stuff. Right now I have around 1000 items on the list, but it's far from over ;)
I don't know who has baliset, I have only Ukulele from CoD.

3 months later I have around 1500 items on my list - a lot of work ;) But it's not over yet.

BTW I'm looking for collectors from Spain, Greece, Israel, Netherlands and China who can confirm my lists of book (and magazine) editions from those countries if they are complete.

New video of my room with even more stuff probably in May ;)

The throw pillows are over the top, man!

(The red glass (DM) is a nice touch, too.)

His words oddly in rhythm to the melody of his son's baliset, Farok said: "I
owned a crysknife, water rings to ten liters, my own lance which had been my
father's, a coffee service, a bottle made of red glass older than any memory in
my sietch. I had my own share of our spice, but no money. I was rich and did not
know it. Two wives I had: one plain and dear to me, the other stupid and
obstinate, but with form and face of an angel. I was a Fremen Naib, a rider of
worms, master of the leviathan and of the sand."

I love those pillows too. And the illuminated pictures above the living room couch look awesome, great taste!
Also I couldn't help but notice the Giger picture above the door. It's a little hard to see.. is it the one with the monster that kind of looks like train? I keep wondering what he's smoking whenever he makes up his art.

It was Baron's train IIRC, titled Dune VI.
Atreides Hawk on pillows was hand made by my talented friend as a birthday gift.
She will also make an Atreides lamp from Arrakeen palace in future ;)

nah I wouldn't dare criticize a teddy bear, Teddy (that's how mine was called ^^) would never forgive me !

EDIT TO ADD
let me say again that your dedication puts most Dune fans to shame :) I wish my wife would let me turn the flat into a Dune shrine but it is not going to happen any time soon, at least not until we have enough space for me to ruin some :D

I was so lucky that my future wife found me while looking for guys for discussing Dune (seriously!).

As I promised earlier in this thread - here is new video - Dar-es-Balat 2.0:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E83-zL_vbjE

Keep in mind that 140 books and stuff are outside that room - now on exhibition.
There are around 4 shelves of my wife's collection also incorporated.

Dar-es-Balat 3.0 in future ;)

Updated list of signatures after over a year:

Others: 252

1005 books only within over 2000 items. So in overall quarter of items have signatures.

Little update after Worldcon in London...

I've had a plan to sign most of my anthologies with FH's short stories by other authors. This was accomplished in 90% ;)
I've managed to obtain 70 autographs in 57 items (mostly books) from 19 authors/reviewers/artists in 5 days. I've missed only 6 autographs from my list due to limitations or changes in Loncon program. I've also attended around 60 panels/events, had a longer 1 on 1 chats with Chris Foss (Jodorowsky's Dune), Bruce Pennington (FH's UK covers), Gregory Manchess (DoD cover), Ian Watson (FH's book reviews), Brian W. Aldiss (who celebrated his 89 birthday during Worldcon).
I've bought also around 20 new books (partly visible on the right side of Elemental anthology). So my suitcase+backpack's overall weight was over 35 kg ;)

List of authors:
Robert Silverberg
Ben Bova
Brian W. Aldiss
George R.R. Martin
Fred Gambino
Bruce Pennington
Chris Foss
Joe Haldeman
David Langford
Grania Davis
Kim Stanley Robinson
Ian Watson
Gregory Benford
Gregory Manchess
Jim Burns
Jeffrey Carver
John Kessel
Peter Nicholls
Adam Roberts

Chirashi is also signed by Jodorowsky and Frank Pavich (director of Jodorowsky's Dune documentary) also in London but 1 month earlier. It's the only chirashi triple signed like this in existence ;)

Yep. In particular the one of the male's head with the skin from the neck and chest kind of stretched out like a tent. I have seen that one before, but was not aware that it was related to Dune.

Haha, you could see it many times on Jacurutu, cause it's my avatar and it's my portrait by Siudmak ;) I've been told that I was portrayed as Farad'n ;)
Drawing was originally published in Polish Children of Dune in 2008. My wife is on that drawing too.
