The OBR

Post by Omphalos »

Hi all. Got a new look over at the book review site. If you click around you will discover that this is a work in process, but I was wondering if you would take a look and tell me what you think about what is changed. If you see any problems or have any suggestions, let me know. Thanks!

I think that black/white/gray scheme gives it a crisp, clean look.

I noticed this:

Ninja monkeys must be earned, Grasshopper. They cannot be given.

For those of you who use Safari or Chrome, the browse images should be fixed now too.

They used to be really stretched out and hard to look at. Now that I have a Safari using device, well, let's just say that had to go.

Um, meant to mention that earlier: they still look that way to me. :(

(Safari 5.0.3 on this machine, probably 4-something on the laptop at home.)

They are still stretched? Try emptying your cache. That did the trick for me. It looks fine for me on my latest version of Safari for my PC and Safari on both of my iDevices.

EDIT: Shit, sorry my good man. Forgot we set up a dev region for a few things. Rest assured, that has been fixed and you will see so once we go live with everything. Sorry! :oops=:
