This was the first that I had heard of this. Thank god Kidman is not involved. She is a pretty shitty actress, and Tiptree is probably a bit too big for her.

A movie about a science fiction author. Interesting.

Does anyone know of any other movies or documentaries about SF authors? I know there's one about Ellison, but any others?

The Martian Child was about an SF author.

Have you read the Tiptree biography yet, L-K? It is really good. She had a wild life. lots of adventure and intrigue.

No, I haven't. To be honest, I haven't even read any of her fiction.

I do remember her interview from that Platt book I reviewed a while back, and it was one of the most interesting ones I read.
