I heard they were gearing up for this at Shepperton a while back but nothing beyond that - it's great to hear more :)

I like the sound of this - it should be good. But I reckon the 1980s series will still be the definitive version afterwards.
And that, children, is how the little bunny rabbit got his fluffy white tail.

As a minimum, we must demand from SF that it be wiser than the world it speaks to.

Love that book, just read it in December. The show should be cool too.

I have it on dvd (R2)... no idea if it was ever released in Region 1.

Never saw the original, but I've actually read the book (which was quite good). Not sure I think much of this remake idea.

Just got to watch this last weekend on Netflix instant view. Was good (graphics were a bit dated) and stuck to the book pretty well. I enjoyed it and would recommend watching the old one if the opportunity arises.
